Appointment Scheduling

Please arrive for your appointment(s) at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for your services. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Bellissima Spa Centre requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all single services. For multiple services or spa packages, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. All multiple services and packages scheduled are reserved with the client credit card number. A 50% charge of all services scheduled will be made on the card in absence of a 48-hour notice of cancellation. All appointments are confirmed two days in advance.
